Though tiny, the slices pack a big taste wallop! As someone who cannot eat grains or gluten, I’ve found this bread to be tolerable to my body. I love toasting and putting sct oil on mine!! I also make a sandwich with my Teff bread, though you need to be careful as it may crumble easily if not toasted. Also delicious with organic fruit spread &/or organic nut butter! I always keep an extra loaf in the freezer.
