I did a few exercises on it and I loved it. The designer should come out with a dvd of the different exercises that can be done on the Korboard, which is better than a few seconds clip on youtube. I'd prefer a dvd.

I've been a fitness coach and fitness business owner for 30 years. Very seldom does a product come along like the KORBOARD. This will be a fitness legacy item one day. Within several hours of using the KORBOARD I had used it for easily 50+ different exercises. This is a top 3 all-time greatest fitness tools for a home gym and fitness coaches, the KORBOARD would level up your group exercise and/or personal training sessions.

Love the board and just received the resistance bands this week. Possibilities are endless. I think a wall chart showing all the exercises possible with the resistance bands would be a nice add to the package.
