iBasso AMP18 Balanced Amp Card Module for DX340

I purchased an Ibasso Amp18 card from Headamp. At the time, this card was only recently released by Ibasso and there were only a few shops I could find this card. All of them were selling at SRP, and some were even charging a premium. Headamp not only gave me a discount, but they provided 2 day shipping at no charge. I was a little skeptical about this good a deal but they came true to what they said on their web site. I am very impressed with Headamp and they will be my first stop on any future music products

What is not to like? AMP 18

The iBasso AMP18 is an exceptional amplifier module for the DX340. It delivers a distinctly clean audio profile compared to other available cards and boasts tremendous power output that effortlessly drives both IEMs and full-size headphones. A standout feature is the dedicated 4. 4mm balanced line out. This add-on comes highly recommended.

The next amp for the DX340 is a powerful amp that is comparable to Amp17 but with a more organic sound. More decay in the bass and midrange notes and a wider stage compared to Amp17. This as far as I am concerned is a great all around amp that will probably be my primary for now. Also there is no waterfall hissing from my more sensitive iems.
