Maryland Lump Crab Cakes

Just OK

First of all they are small. Not what I’m used to. Secondly, they are extremely “wet”. I pretty much had to wring them out before cooking them. Also, they do not bind together like the crabcakes I make or that I’m used to buying. They do have pimento in case you’re curious. Not a big pimento fan in my crabcakes. My suggestion is that you cook these in a small muffin tin that is sprayed with Pam or something so they don’t stick. In my opinion that is how you will get the best results. Not the worst crabcakes I have ever had but far from the best. Maybe my next order will be different and not so soggy.
