Product arrived on time and I have been using it for 3 weeks. It is easy to operate and works as described. I would recommend getting this as the one the hospital may give you is to time consuming and does not circulate the water though the pad.

Saved me from getting up several times a day to get fresh ice. After surgery that's not something that you want to do. I also use it for a sore back. :)

We bought this prior to having labrum surgery. IT IS A GAME CHANGER for the recovery process! To have the ease of placing the therapy pad on and wrapping it around the shoulder makes for easier icing times. The equipment is easy to use and store. It is most definitely worht the investment!
