After having surgery for a ruptured Achilles tendon, I was excited to try the ankle wrap. I’ve had great success with the knee and shoulder pads. I was left tad disappointed. I found that the pad just didn’t cool sufficiently and ended up just using the knee wrap on my ankle. I don’t know if it was the weight of my leg pressing on the pad, the amount of overlap, or some other issue that may have caused an issue with the flow of water in the pad. It just didn’t work for me.
