The whole unit itself is very useful and effective. But. There should be a way to drain the water out of the pad when done using it!! I didn't use mine for about a month, then when I went to use it , the valves were clogged causing the bag to burst , so I had to buy a new bag. $85.00 down the tube. I haven't had the chance to use it much since I got my new one. Trying to figure a way to drain the bag after use.
