Description
Vigna unguiculata. Originally collected from the Pima Bajo living near the Rio Yaqui in Onavas, Sonora, Mexico. The small white beans have black and brown eyes. Tuk wupoikam means "black eyes it has". From our Seed Bank Collection.

Stood up really well to intense heat
This variety was fun to try. It did really well in our inland heat in the mid summer when everything else dies. Will definitely grow again.
