Absolutely love these!!
If you love peppers, these ones are right up your alley. They are rich and full of flavor! I used only one for my enchilada sauce and it was divine! They are nice, warm without being too hot, and way better than anything you can get from the store!

CRUSHINGLY GOOD ANCHOS!
My Grandfather grew and dried Anchos for as long as I can remember. These remind me of those. Perfectly smokey and a really bright and detailed fruit vibe happening under the mild heat. SCORE!
