Very good steaks. I put two ribeyes in my sous vide for 2.5 hours at 130 degrees. I then seared them on my Weber charcoal grill using hardwood lump charcoal seasoned with Second City steak seasoning and Kosher salt. I cooked them to 145 degrees and they were a perfect pink. I also have two A5 ribeyes that I will cook on my birthday at the end of the month.

Superfast shipping. The steaks were still frozen when they arrived! 😆 These steaks are tender juicy with incredible marbling. They grilled perfectly and are some of the best steaks we have ever tasted. Highly recommended.. worth the price. Will definitely buy again.
