Worth every penny!
My taste run towards medium – medium light. I’ve also learned over the past year that I tend to prefer coffee is described as chocolate, caramel, nutty. I tend to avoid the more floral and fruity notes. I really appreciated being able to select a six pack towards my preference. I have a Hario V60 Breville Bambino Plus. Like many on here I become more jittery with even just 300 ML of coffee in the morning. My six pack included Guatemala, Finka, Santa Fe, Isabel, Costa Rica, Las Torres, Brazil Arabella, Peru x2 (my mistake, not theirs), and the Sumatra. I also purchased separately a bag of the Ethiopian medium light roast. As a pour over, I felt the Sumatra and Brazilian darker than I prefer. As a cupping, and as a pour over, the light roast was too bright for my taste. A colleague of mine who prefers a light roast loved it! Overall, I preferred the Guatemalan; the Costa Rican and Peru were tied for second. A cupping experience using decaf was interesting. There was no crust to break. I did include a local favorite regular coffee in the mix of similar roast. Overall, I will be buying from this roaster again in larger quantity.
I appreciated the roast date on the bottom of the package and I received it one week after the roast date.

Great user experience for a multi-pack order!
...and the coffee I've tried so far (Sumatra, Brazil, Blend) are all AMAZING! My coffee was roasted the day before shipping, and I am so happy to have found a decaf coffee company that takes the beans and the process as seriously as the caffeinated company. Thank you!!!

Roasting level
In general the coffee tastes fresh and quite good. I wish there was more options with lither roast, as even your light Ethiopian roast is still a bit too dark for me. Not sure why but it is very hard to find a great single origin coffee in the decaf variation that would be crisp light roasted.
