VELOCITY

Omg, received last night. After trying them on today, they fit perfectly. I wore playing pickelball this morning. Aw, what a feeling..no heel pain and such great arch support. Such luxury. I ordered same size as always. Last 3 times buying PB shoes, they were KSwiss PB shoes. Had to wear orthotics. It took me a long time to realize that i dont have to tape my heels and great toe. Playing was painful. I do not need to wear orthotics now as KURU shoes have built in arch support. They are pricey but worth it.

Comfortable & Secure

I have had both plantar faciitis & tendonitis in my achilles tendon, which my doctor advised was being aggravated by playing pickleball. While it improved with PT and stopping pickleball for 3 months, I am an admitted pickleball addict. I bought this shoe based upon reviews of others with similar issues. I still need to stretch my calves but the stability this shoe provides my heals is definately an improvement and the shoes are very comfortable. I also do not need to use the arch insert that I had to with my previous shoes.

Good but not great

I was excited to add this new style to my Kuru shoe collection. Unfortunately they have not given me the same comfort and pain free walking as my other Kuru shoes. This shoe seems very stiff and without cushion as I walk. My feet are a bit sore after wearing them.
