I would not be able to walk at all without the Abeo Premium Metatarsal Orthotics. They fit in all my shoes and give me the support and cushioning I need, even with very challenging foot problems over the years. I don’t know what I’d do without them. I buy them about one size smaller than shoe size for best fit.
