I have plantar fasciitis. I do use multiple shoe inserts at one time. I find without even one of them, I have pain. I use the orthotic inserts in place of the regular insole. I know I would have a lot more discomfort if not for them.

I've used these in all my shoes for years, and found that my feet always feel better with these - better than other orthotics, better than the inserts that come in shoes, and always comfortable. Walking several miles a day in comfort is totally possible with these.
