I have a thick instep or arch on one foot because of an extensor tendon removed from my 5th toe 70 years ago and bilateral pedal venous insufficiency if I keep my feet dependent for more than 15 minutes my feet swell. Buying the extra extra wide shoe felt better. But after I stretched it more with an oversized round medicine bottle if fits almost perfectly. Complicating everything is a disparity in my leg length by 4 cm so have to wear a shoe lift of almost an inch inside the same shoe. Very complicated but bottom line, the extra wide shoe once stretched really feels fairly comfortable with the extra soles and the shoe lift

No more pain!
I am a 77 year old male with flat feet and hammer toes. I like to walk and ride my bicycle for exercise and heart health. Iāve tried a lot of different shoes with promises of help and finally resigned to just try and live with some level of feet pain. After doing a lot of research, I discovered Orthofeet Tilos hands free. These are unequivocally the most comfortable shoe I have owned. The arch support is the best Iāve experienced and the wide toe box and flexible upper fabric are great for my deformed toes. No more pain! Since I am a ātoe riserā when I walk, I did add a small reinforcement inside the upper fabric to prevent my big toes from wearing holes through the material. Loving these shoes!

comfort plus
I have an excellent review of these shoes. Good support and so light weight that you forget you have them on. These make my 4th pair of OrthoFeet shoes that I have purchased and will not buy any other brand. This shoe company makes shoes that support your aching feet.
