Circa LevTex Houndstooth Discbound Notebook

Left out in the cold and Ignored.

I reported to a Levengers customer service rep, that while I have been an extremely pleased and loyal customer for decades, the print on this houndstooth circa notebook was very blurry and unacceptable. Much to my dismay, the company has yet to respond and even send a return label over a number of weeks. Will someone, please, now follow up and assist me.
