Covers BIG Custom Planner

I’ve bought Happy Planner for years now but decided to buy online for their custom planner. Took forever for shipping and I wanted for like 2 weeks and had my address correct. I spent like $109 on a planner and stickers and other add ons. You would think paying that much and for shipping it would come faster. I’m giving a one star because they shipped my planner to VA Beach and I’m in NV. I showed them the delivery and the wrong door and contacted them and they said to basically wait until the 19th of October. I’m disappointed in their customer service and especially being a loyal customer and spending a lot on them in this economy and still not having my whole order.

When I ordered this custom planner and waited three weeks for it, I didn’t expect to have to literally assemble it myself. It’s a cute planner and I have purchased these before. I laughed when I opened the box and saw all the separate pieces. Minor annoyance.

Love it. I just wish they had a custom bundle that was undate with a lot more page instead of adding a pack.
