I have tried to message them about cancelling subscription with no help. Had to cancel charge thru credit card instead.

Personally the product did nothing for me but the “customer service” is a joke. Had to send multiple emails to get anyone to respond so i could cancel my subscription and then they continued to try and send me more product. It was absolute nonsense
