Tarragon Wine Vinegar

My favorite vinegar product yet.

This was my second purchase of tarragon wine vinegar so I was very pleased to use the no drip pour for the first time. It is a wonderful improvement and the cap is so much easier to open. The flavor of this vinegar is delicious. I made a vinaigrette with it and decided this is my favorite salad dressing yet, a lovely and smooth dressing.

This was a gift

I got this vinegar as a gift to my in-laws when I discovered that they are tarragon fans. They are both good cooks, and they have really enjoyed this vinegar, both as a part of a vinaigrette with delicate greens and as a part of dressing for seafood dishes. Wonderful work, Vinegar Works, as usual!
