Muy Bueno!
The Chiapas region of Mexico grows some of my favorite coffee beans from anywhere in the world. Roasted and brewed right, they make for a unique and satisfying cup that is at once sweet, complex, and full-bodied. Dekaf Coffee's Mexico Ki-Saya retains all of these qualities. It exemplifies their skill in producing decaffeinated coffees that deliver full on taste.

A great medium roast option!
This coffee still had a ton of fruity sweetness and vibrant acidity despite being roasted to a greater degree than Dekaf's light options. At this roast level you do start to get a little bit of the roast flavors coming through. Some people love that some don't. It made nice filter and espresso coffee. The beans had a very small amount of surface oil that is pretty much unavoidable in a decaf roasted to this degree.

Really enjoyed
We’ve gotten this mix of beans about three or four times now and brill enjoy it. It’s consistently good not too dark not too late and lots of interesting flavors.
