Proline ProSW - Professional Wall-Mounted Range Hood, 1800 CFM | LED Lighting, Stainless Steel Finish

I had a very bad experience with this purchase. I called customer care to return the hood extension, but I was told that returns are not accepted. We specifically paid the $35 return fee/protection while purchasing the product because we assumed that if anything went wrong, we would be able to return it. Unfortunately, that turned out to be a waste, and this has been a very disappointing customer experience. I would appreciate it if you could reconsider the return request or provide a reasonable resolution.

Works like a charm

The delivery was quick and the hood came well packaged. We installed it and it looks beautiful. Works very well. Glad we got this.
