Love the paper, less than an awesome customer service

Love the paper. Not happy with the customer service. I ordered the wrong kind of paper, the traditional paper, and requested to return it. I was told that would be fine and that I would be sent a shipping label. No email was forthcoming after I followed up twice. I had already re-ordered the peel and stick paper in the same kind, which again I like, but I am dissatisfied with the customer service.

I was really excited, until it arrived!

I was very excited about this wallpaper when it arrived, but unfortunately, the quality did not meet my expectations. The print itself was noticeably grainy, which detracted from the overall look of the design. I debated whether to install it at all, but ultimately decided to move forward. After hiring a professional installer, we discovered an even more significant issue: certain design elements did not align properly from panel to panel. I personally witnessed the installation process and can confirm that the misalignment was not due to installer error. The inconsistencies are quite noticeable once the wallpaper is on the wall. The design appears to have been AI-generated, and unfortunately it seems the final artwork was not thoroughly refined before production. Given the premium price point, I expected a much higher level of quality control and attention to detail. While the concept of the design is beautiful, the execution fell short of what I would expect for a product in this price range.

Wallpaper terrifies me. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of Painted Paper. The durability makes it easy to hang and is extremely forgiving for first timers!
