Incredible product! Quality ingredients. I start my day off with a scoop in my water bottle then add it to my carb mix as needed based on the workout and it keeps me hydrated through 20+ hour Ironman training weeks in the summer!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Honestly this product improved my mood and energy for my entire long runs! Never felt so stable during a run and I didn’t overheat at all towards the end. Was short 0.15 miles at the end and normally I’d just call it there but I ended up going for another 0.20 miles.
