One of the most delicious and versatile hot sauces I've tried! Right out of the bottle, you get a beautiful, tangy flavor. The spice level is between medium and hot. It gives a great kick that lingers gently but doesn't overpower your food. The consistency is just right and is absolutely great on any food! Highly recommend keeping this one in your fridge!
