Chorizo Sausage Mix & Rub

REAL, perfect, chorizo flavor!

Don't make fun, because if you know, you know, but the HEB Mi Tienda chorizo is (was) my absolute favorite. The downside is it is hit or miss if it will be available. Nobody can explain why it's not always on the shelf, but that's frustrating when you have a chorizo jones. And I won't settle for other brands. That's just me. But, here comes Bradley and HEB can now just have the day off. I already grind my own meat so now I never have to worry that I can't access amazing chorizo whenever it strikes me.
