Chorizo Sausage Mix & Rub

REAL, perfect, chorizo flavor!

Don't make fun, because if you know, you know, but the HEB Mi Tienda chorizo is (was) my absolute favorite. The downside is it is hit or miss if it will be available. Nobody can explain why it's not always on the shelf, but that's frustrating when you have a chorizo jones. And I won't settle for other brands. That's just me. But, here comes Bradley and HEB can now just have the day off. I already grind my own meat so now I never have to worry that I can't access amazing chorizo whenever it strikes me. Chorizo Rub

I am a huge fan of chorizo. This stuff changed my game. I have yet to make actual chorizo with it, but I have used it to make chili gravy for enchiladas. Today I used it as a rub for some smoked chicken which will be shredded for enchiladas with green sauce. I have no doubt they will be excellent. I will be ordering more soon.
