Perpetual Poultry

I used the poultry rub on my TG turkey followed Wills recipe and smoked that bird 3.5 hrs. came out perfect family wants me to do it again

Used it on turkey for the first time worked out well looking forward to using it on some chicken.

Great rub

Tried this rub out on some chicken thighs. The flavor profile was delicious.
