Fly6 Pro and Fly12 Sport
I got the ultimate bundle, and it's great. Once you get the cameras setup and installed on the bike, you just keep them charged and turn them on before you ride. Easy peasy -- they take care of the recording, and there's not much you have to do. The video quality is great, and you can choose the resolution/frame rate. I bought a couple of extra mounts so that I can easily swap the cameras between my two bikes.

Easy to use and surprisingly long battery life when not using the headlight
I was surprised when I went out on a day long ride that the battery held up for the entire ride, since I wasn't using the headlight. It actually saved more footage than the microSD card it comes with had space for, so in the future I'll think about upgrading, but for my daily commutes it works like a charm
