Well balanced all-purpose knife

I purchased the Santoku VG-10 while in Japan. Now back in Aus using it I have found it to be a well balanced, exceptional all-purpose knife. Handles vegetables to meat with ease. Extremely sharp of course and fantastic when you need to quickly prepare a meal after work.
