Great Beginner Shamrock Class!

I really enjoyed Grace's low key style. She reminds you that it takes time to develop skills. I still struggle with consistency, but that is due to the fact that I use glaze, not royal icing. So the timing of things like cracking take much longer with glaze. Cookies weren't perfect, but are definitely delicious!. I bake for friends so they are more than willing to eat those that aren't perfect.

Awesome Class and Workbook!! This shamrock class is fun!! I just love being taught by Grace. Having the downloaded workbook with such detail from all kinds of tips, video streams, hyperlinks, photos, and instructions are always way over the top. As I’m growing as a cookier, I’ve learned to read and watch the entire workbook. Grace, thanks for teaching me how to save money, stay patient, and even laugh at all my decorating flops. Such invaluable info in each workbook. Appreciate your teaching style, hard work and affordable classes.

I’m just a home baker, having fun attempting decorated cookies for grandkids, friends and neighbors. For years, I used plastic bottles with tips. I was intrigued by the idea of tipless bags. Used them for the first time today, while watching your videos. My icing is better after following your notes. I found I cut the end of the bag a bit too big for a good outline . I have lots of practice coming, but thank you so much for your encouraging, human, fun teaching.
