I had the BEST time in th class! Loved learning new things and catching on to using my food dehydrator efficiently!

What a fruit basket!

I had a lot of fun making these. My son bought me these cutters as a gift and this first fruit basket is for his birthday. I am not happy with how the grapes turned out because I had trouble with the icing consistency. For sure, my second attempt will be better. I learned a lot of new techniques (thx to Grace) and things to avoid :). Very happy with the overall result though.

Fun class and set. Take it up a notch with different icing flavors!

This set was fun to make. I took some liberty on the designs (e.g. crackle instead of bear for the orange and forgoed the brown spots for the pear and banana). It was more time-consuming for me because I decided to match the icing flavor with each fruit. Still a fun experience and I love all of the flavors of the cookies so def recommend trying that. You'll just need a 1/8-1/4 teaspoon of flavoring for each. Stems and leaves I kept lemon-flavored. This icing recipe made about 50 cookies. Only enough icing for 3 grape though since it's loaded. I am looking forward to the revise of workbooks as I think it's super text heavy and not always easy to navigate if you are not a newbie to Grace's classes.
