This was my first class I did. My granddaughter and I did the icing on them. Probably not the best class to start out on, at least for me. I like to have my stuff ready to go. I was looking for a section in the very detailed workbook about preparing the bags. I did not see one. I felt like I was spending a great deal of time watching videos to find what I needed. I was hoping for a section that would tell me the color and what consistency to make, what it will be used for on the cookie, maybe a video(s) for each color for that exact cookie workbook. I was hoping to have them prepared much faster then i did. I found the video grace made with 5 different consistencies. I was confused with which are for piping and flooding. My icing did came out thick, I now know how to correct that tho.
