Duroc Pork Brisket

It was good except it was tough? But I had a lot of problems with my smoker trying to keep a steady temp and was unable to do? So I'm going to get another one and try to smoke it again...it wasn't a problem with the meat... it was my fault setting I no up the smoker!!!

My order arrived on time and was well packaged. Still frozen!! Pork brisket cooked up well and tender and flavorful. Would recommend to anyone!!

Absolutely delicious, I slow smoked it and it was incredibly moist and flavorful. Highly recommend.
