Sharp edges improved slicing on different sized blades

Provided sharp edges that improved slicing on four different sized blades. Had a little difficulty sharpening the leading curved edge of my 6" Chef's knife, but made it work eventually. Couldn't figure out how to use the leather hone on the roller, so I just stabilized it and drew the blade across it like a fixed strop.

Very Simple Knife Sharpener

It does a good job sharpening knives, quickly restored the edge to knives that hadn't been sharpened in nearly 10 years. This sharpener does struggle when trying to sharpen knives with a narrower blade like that on a paring knife or even a pocket knife. For longer knives, trying to figure the best way to sharpen the tip since the knife flexes.
