Followed the instructions and tested with eggs. First heating the pan, then add some oil. Let it warm before cracking the eggs. I used canola oil. I need to test with olive oil to see if a thin layer of oil is formed.
I have a larger size titanium pan that works great for general cooking.
I will get the hang of it. The pan is well made. Thanks.

I’m really happy with my titanium pans. I’ve been using them regularly and genuinely enjoy cooking with them. They heat up nicely, feel sturdy and well made, and are easy to clean after cooking.
What I like most is how versatile they are. I’ve used them for everything from everyday meals cooking, and they’ve performed very well. . They also feel like they’re built to last, which is important to me when investing in cookware.
Overall, these pans have been a great addition to my kitchen. I really like the quality and cooking experience, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for durable, high quality cookware.

So far, so good. I am not an excellent cook by any means, and naturally some of what I cook get stuck to the pan. But it appears to be easy to clean and I think it's attractive, and the lid is also very attractive. I can't comment further till I've owned it a while and see how it holds up. But so far I like it.
