My hardest short knife.
Fantastic knife, the best short knife in my small collection, very hard, easy to keep sharp with a diamond sharpening steel. Be sure to dry it immediately after washing, otherwise it can start to oxidize.

Very poor quality
The tip of my Kurouchi gyuto knife chipped after only 2 sessions of chopping vegetables. Clearly very poor quality and a complete waste of my money.
