I think I already made a review the first time I bought some, but will say it again...this is my go-to cheese because it is mild and easy to grate; tasted Grana over 20 years ago in Italy and have loved it even to this day (May 2026).

I have loved this cheese for the past 20 years, since I first tasted it in Italy. Never tire of it; I use it only grated and on pasta, pasta bakes, and on special foods. Wonderful!
