Very happy with the attention Custom Frame Solutions gave to my order. The frame requested was out of stock. The company directed me to alternatives. The frame was promptly delivered

Actual frame was as expected, however, there was no backing or hardware included for hanging. Would not use this site again. Took the frame to a framer at a cost of $35.00 (on top of what I originally paid) to "fix" it so it was ready to hang. Could never have given the frame as a gift the way it arrived from this site. Extremely disappointed.
