Custom Frame CFSYN571

Overall I love the frame! The glass & matting fit perfect. One out of the two frames I ordered didn’t really join evenly l. So I had to putty 2 corners just to make it look decent enough for it to be presentable. Even then, the frame still looks off. If I had time I would have gone through the process of making an exchange. It definitely took longer than I expected to frame the pieces. If I would’ve known firsthand the frames were going to be delivered unjoined. I would have requested for them to be joined. Which would’ve save me more time considering that the processing and shipping took longer than expected. Suggestion for your site, it would be great to have an joined & unjointed option button when you’re selecting your frame. Best regards, Frank
