Custom Frame CFSYM2002

The quality of the frames for the price was shocking to me. I love the frames. The only problem was that I did not specify that I needed the hanging hardware, so there was none. The bigger problem was that there were no plastic corner pieces for assembling the frame. It took a few attempts at contacting them, but they eventually got me the corner pieces and hanging hardware. It's just that these two pieces were not up on our wall for a big occasion like I had hoped. That said, I will definitely order from them again. Lovely frames.

I have enjoyed this frame a lot—perfect match for others I have and very good quality. Have had some shipping delays recently and also I prefer to know in advance if my frame will come assembled or not. Recently one came assembled and then the next one of a slightly smaller size came ready to assemble. Also, almost tossed the thumbnail connectors. Think they should be labeled better instead of just wrapped in blue tape. This site is definitely good and well priced but also not overly easy to find what you want nor would it be good for novices not used to assembly etc. Still I am a fan.

The size was slightly too small, the extra length added per your specs was insufficient. Used it anyway, but a slight crack is in the joints at the corners
