Order everything you need at once.

Be aware that when you order, you also need to order your plexiglass, cardboard backing, and hardware means everything you need to hold your artwork in the frame and hang it. I didn't scroll down on the main page to see this and instead just clicked to order. Although they prompt you to order hardware, there is no prompt for anything else. So after waiting two weeks, I have an unassembled frame. That's it. I did assemble it, hard to go to the local craft store to find everything else. I called the company, but the recording says to email. I emailed and no none responded so I'm leaving a review. I wish the website would have made it clearer at check out how to order to make my order complete. The frame itself is cut perfectly and beautiful.
