The joinery system is simple and effective . I highly recommend the extra hardware be strongly suggested for securing

beautifully made. depth of our artwork was in between c hi ouce of rabbet depth so it was a struggle to figure out how to keep artwork canvas from moving out. clips provided were too shallow or too deep. we used artists tape on top of foam board. Lovely picture
