If I hadn't had a handyman available to help with assembly, I likely would have had to return the chair, as the setup was more complicated than expected. Considering the price, it would have been nice if a charging bank had been included. The chair itself is comfortable and has several features I really like. The leg rest is a nice addition, and the cooling function is a great idea, although I feel the airflow could be a bit stronger. The armrests are functional, but they feel a little flimsy and move too easily for my preference. Some padding on the armrests would also improve overall comfort. I also wish there were more color options available, especially since I'm using it as an office chair. Overall, the chair is nice and has a lot of appealing features. However, given the cost, I'm not sure I would personally recommend it at full price. Since my employer reimbursed half of the purchase price, the value worked out better for me. Otherwise, I would have a harder time justifying the expense.

Overall I am happy with this chair. Build quality seems very good. Installation takes a while I would recommend at least 2 people. My only issue I have with the chair is the seat. I would be nice if it was a little longer. I'm only 5'10" and the chair seems a little to short for me. Anyone over my height will most likely feel the same.

I am really happy with the chair overall, but the only thing I wish was better is the cushion you sit on. It is definitely firm to me and I wish it was a bit softer. The heating and cooling works very well and the vibration massagers are enjoyable to use as well! The setup was straight forward with only a couple minor difficulties.
