Easy installation...framework took the longest but had to be able to hold the 85" TV. This is my second Napoleon fireplace. Extremely realistic. Still awaiting "live edge" walnut mantel.

We are still mid build, but this fireplace is gorgeous! It was really easy to install (just heavy, needs two people for sure), and rearranging the media behind the glass is so easy with the pull down feature! The flames look great, too! Our only criticism so far is the app is a bit slow. You change the color and then have to swipe away from the color page before it will accept the change, and even that takes a few more seconds delay. We haven’t used it for heat yet (it’s September in Las Vegas and still 100 degrees outside), so I can’t speak to that. Overall really happy with this purchase!
