5 Stars – Beautiful and Functional! Couldn’t be happier with this fireplace. It adds a warm, inviting ambiance to the family room and looks absolutely stunning. The flame effect is realistic, and the heat output will be perfect for chilly evenings. Installation was straightforward, and the quality feels solid and durable. It’s quickly become the focal point of this family room, highly recommend!

The picture I shared above is what the trim looks like with the standard front that comes with the fireplace. The trim does not cover the bracket/screws where you attach the unit. I highly suggest you order and pay extra for the optional trim kit, which is wide enough to cover the bracket, is sturdy and is what is pictured on the website. I was very annoyed to received a FP that didn't look like what was pictured. It should be more clear. That said, we bought this model for the heating capacity, thermostatic control and 240 option. We have been very happy with it's performance on 240. I would recommend it, just know that you may need to order the optional trim.
