I very much enjoy these sticks. They have great balance and good reach. I broke my first stick after one rehearsal and one show (basically 3 thirty minute sets). To be far, I strike really hard at shows. The break was center when usually the break is at the tip. Still very satisfied.

The barrel tips are the perfect stick. As long as I can get these for a reasonable price, I won't be playing anything else.
Look out for the version with the small beaded tips, though. I got some of those, too, and immediately ended up with lots of little dents in my heads. If you play even moderately hard and are on the fence between the barrel tips and those, you definitely want to go with the barrels.
