American Hickory 5B LONG ROUND TIPS

I am a big fan of rounded tips both for snare work and for drumset work. The tip is sturdy, and the heft is excellent. To feel, it's more like my old Vic Firth's SD1. I tried playing the SD1 on my kit, and while I loved the way it felt, they didn't survive long. These will survive far longer.

Love the weight and feel of these sticks, and the consistency from pair to pair is the best I've experienced. The durability also shines. I'm not a very hard hitter, but I don't play soft, either. My first pair is still my main pair (although I'm about ready to retire them). Really impressed with these sticks.

Recently I have gotten extremely frustrated with my normal stick brand as they seem to be breaking quicker and quicker. So I decided what the heck, I might as well try something new. I grabbed these 5B and after a week I am extremely impressed. I've played 10 or so sets on one pair and they have held up swimmingly. I'm sold at this point as in the same time frame I had previously broken one or two tips off and these are rock solid. Looking forward to seeing how they preform long term.
