Love the 8D sticks

Sticks are great and do well. The only thing I would change is not having the green venom coating go tht far up. After rim shots it flakes everywhere. I would bring it down a bit. This would help tremendously plus save you guys money on less coating

Love the barrel tip

Quality wood. The stick gives a heavier, darker "more dense" sound on the drums and cymbals without having to hit harder or play louder. I'm using these sticks for my rock gigs. I will test them on a jazz gig as well (I may order the 8D in the shorter 16" length for jazz).

Great sticks

I have to admit, I was skeptical. The barrel tip is a little different from what I’m used to. It sounds great when it hits the heads and cymbals. The stick length and weight is nice. They seem to be very well made and don’t splinter or get chewed up like some brands. I’m a happy customer and will buy again.
