I bought the small bottle last year and wasn't consistent until midway through the bottle and just with that amount i stretched it and I actually saw a difference in my toenail bed. So this time I bought the big bottle and I'm using it daily and being consistent with the care and upkeep of my feet. I'm excited to see more improvement in my toes and toenails.
