I really love the pans. Non stick, easy clean up but most important, even cooking. It does not have hot spots

I'm liking the square shape and the diamond coating for nonstick frying. And for the long-term care, there are no bolts on the interior connecting the handle to the fry pan. Over time, this means I don't have to worry about food particles curling up underneath a bolt head on the fry pan side wall.
