It is great when you are getting your daily water intake. Drinking one entire bottle will have satisfy this. The handle is great making it easy to take along with you as you are on the go. Try filling half the bottle with water lay it on its side in the freezer overnight then fill with water in the morning. This will keep the water cold all day.

This bottle is the right amount of daily intake. The only thing is the bottle sweats if the drink is too cold or with ice. This needs to be fixed In my eyes. Other than that it's perfect.
